Not sure what happened, but my mom said she got booted from AOL, and now when she signs back on, there is a popup saying qt-mt.dll isnt installed and her keyboard doesnt work now?
We have tried a different keyboard, with same results, I couldnt find a that .dll at any download sites either..
Ah and I guess now Dell doesnt supply you with system restore cds? this puter is only about 10 months old..
