Key Board Problem

Hi, I have a HP laptop computer, and one day my whole keyboard stopped working. i didin't know if it was the keyboard so i logged on to a guest account and the keyboard works flawlessly. on the keyboard i have a function button, and all the function commands work but when typing with regular words the keys don't work. even the F1-12 buttons don't work and the "esc" button dosn't work. if you have any idea what the problem is, any help is greatly appreciated

Reinstall printer drivers.

there isn't even a printer installed on this computer, but i was messing with and i noticed that if youhold the key down longer it types it.
