JSFPI is compressed? HELP!!!!

Hello. Well what happened is that i turned on my laptop and a message comes up that says JSFPI is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. I did but the same message appears. What can be done in a case like this? I would like to fix my laptop but im dont know anything about fixing computers. Help?

is there a typo in there somewhere? you are sure it is jsfpi?

can you boot into safe mode?

Yes it is just JSFPI... and i have tried to go into safe mode but it won't let me.
