OK i am working on this lab top many many issues' first of when i open IE it opens but no link in the main window. but there is no error stating page blank etc. then sometimes it says working offline etc. and when i use my high speed to log this laptop up it keeps asking for my network key were do i find that? this lab top is not mine but a friends so i need the key and how do i get the key code? also sometimes it turns on and the shut down right away i have to hit the power button many many time to get it to work. please help aggggggggggggggg
