Issue at startup

Ok, i got a new ssd and tried to install windows 7 on it. Well, it didn't seem to work so I reformatted the ssd and decided to just use it to hold games and whatnot until I get another ssd to use for booting. So I did a quick format to erase the windows files on it. But now heres the problem. When I turn on my computer, it goes to a black screen(similiar to when it asks for safe mode) and asks me to choose an OS to use. It has 2 windows 7 selections, 1 of which I can not select and use and the other which will boot up my pc. How do I get rid of this so my computer will just boot right to windows?

Just wanted to say thanks. Followed your link and fixed my issue last night, it was even easier than what the link had said, maybe it was a windows 7 thing.
