Issue with HP Scanjet 3500c:
Okay I just installed Win7 x64 on one of my offices computers, and I am having trouble getting this scanner working (HP Scanjet 3500c). I looked on the HP website and it doesn't even show that there is a driver for Win7 x64 OR x86. So I was like great this wont work. I googled a bit more and found that some have had success from doing Windows Updates. Well I did the windows updates and saw that there was a some software installed for the scanner. I went and pressed the start to scan button the front of the device and it gives me and error saying to check the connection on the device. I check the power and the USB connection, both are securely connected. Any ideas?
