pc powers off without shuting down and wont start up straight away as if there is no power
then will switch on as normal 4 or 5 times then does the same again psu has been changed but still doing it

Is you PC plugged into a single power outlet or into an extension socket?

How often does the PC just "power off" and is it at random points?.

ive plugged it stright to wall aswell as multi soket it happens at differnt times and with no perticular programe one mre thing last time it happend i unpluged lead from psu and it powered up

check your power connections to the mobo, maybe one of the connectors is loose or something
