Internet Problem Windows 8

I have recently bought a new computer and it has windows 8 on it and for some reason my internet wont work .It says im connected to my router with full bars and when you hoover over it ,It says i have internet access but yet when i try use the internet nothing will load .I have tryd changing browser with no luck .Also the internet doesn't work on my apps either .I changed it to wan Ip pass through for this laptop that is the only way the internet will work properly but that only works for 10 mins then i get unidentified network and i have to restart my connection then it will work for a few more mins .I wouldn't use the ip pass through if the normal way would work properly if anyone needs any settings off me let me know and ill share it.I have 4 other computers in the house and the internet works fine on them .Also i have another computer with windows 8 on it and the internet works fine on that too .
Any help would be greatly appreciated
