OK SO I deleted internet explorer and I always use firefox and I never used internet explorer and in windows task manager under processes theres 52 things that say iexplore.exe in my username so how do I stop that?

I went to program files/internet explorer and deleted the internet explorer folder

Well its still there you can kind of delete it but not really all the way. And iexplorer.exe isnt just the browser.You dont want to delete this.

Explorer.exe is a necessary windows process.

explorer.exe is the Windows Program Manager or Windows Explorer. It manages the Windows Graphical Shell including the Start menu, taskbar, desktop, and File Manager. By removing this process the graphical interface for Windows will disappear.

Also, you probably dont want to delete IE because its also built into windows. Just stop using it, thats what i have done.
