Internal dvd problems

ok so i reformatted and installed vista and my computer isnt recognizing my sony DW-Q12OA, but it is recognizing my DDU1615, and the driver for it fails installing.

heres my computer specs

mobo: GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
cpu: C2D E6600 @ 3.0 GHZ
gpu: 8800 GTS 640 MB superclocked
ram: G.SKILL 4gb ddr2 800
sound cards: X-Fi Platinum

Have you tested the DVD drive on another machine? Maybe your overclocked system is not stable?
