Default internal card reader

I've got an internal 4-in-1 card reader that I'm trying to use for the first time today. I have a San disk MS PRO DUO that I put into an MS DUO adapter and put that into the MS slot on my card reader. The computer doesn't recognize/ see it. When I put the adapter with the card in the MS slot, it feels like a snug fit, is MS duo compatible with MS? Any ideas?

I think it's an issue with the compatability.. I have a Sony Pro Duo 32mb card. works fine with the adapter.. but a 512 doesn't recognize and locks up my comp

how big is the card?

Sig removed due to size. Please read the rules before adding your compliant sig. SigSanta
