Cords left to right:

SATA cord for E-SATA (external SATA)
PS2 cord (goes to your IO port)
USB cords (for card readers, goes into empty port)
1394 (Firewire, goes into empty port)
Internal audio header (goes to motherboard)

That All-In-One card reader seems to have more than card reading functions, seems also has other ports for various devices. If I'm correct, you just hook up each cable to their corresponding port and they would work

?

All I can from the pics are (from left to right): SATA, PS/2, 2x USB, FireWire (IEEE 1394) and jumpers cables (for either LED or Audio I guess). Only thing you may need the manual for is for the jumper cables.

That's my view so far, I could be wrong, so wait for more replies.
