Intel CPU uCode Loading Error......(CORE 2 DUO E4400)

i just bought a brand new Pc...

see below for specifications....

when i boot up, the error occurs as :
"Intel CPU uCode Loading Error" Press F1 to Resume.

Everything is running OK...I also can boot into XP and Vista....

but an error must have some reason? Is it degrading my CPU performance or making the CPU not to perform at its best?

HELP ME OUT PLEASE.....

but any readymade steps? bcoz google contains difficult steps here N THERE ....
