Installing another SATA drive

Just brought another Western Digital Sata drive, installed it okay but it doesn't appear on my computer.

Went to WD site followed the steps:

Computer > Manage > Computer Managment > Disk Managment

Then it said some Disk wizard thing would pop up and help install it (but there was none!)

Anyhow my HD is listed "unallocated" and I'm unsure how to install it or whatever. Help please

To clear things up abit I've installed another SATA drive, accept it doesn't appear in my computer under hard drives.

What's wrong?

get back in to disk management. click on the drive there that is unallocated and it will prompt you to allocate it (or something like that) then you can format it and it will show up in my computer.

Got it now had to patition it first.
