I'm in the process of upgrading my computer at the moment, but the new setup will not start up. I bought a new motherboard/processor, and graphics card, but I am using my old drives and memory.

When the new setup boots up, it goes through the memory test, and passes. It then goes through and finds my drives, and asks me if I want to boot in safe mode or normally. If I click Safe Mode, the computer just restarts. However, if I click normally, I get a Blue Screen with the error message "*** Stop 0x00000007B (0xF89C058, 0xC0000034, 0x0000000, 0x0000000) (this is using WinXp Pro, Service Pack 2)

Oddly enough, when I move the memory/drives back to my old setup, the computer will boot up without a problem.

I tried moving the memory chips around, and using different combinations (2 512mb PC 2100 if your curious, I also tried 1 512mb PC 3200) but the error continues. Anyways, what I would like to know, is this a memory problem, or should I be worried about my new motherboard?

The rest of my new computers specs if they will help are:
CPU - AMD Althon 64 3200+
Memory - 2 512mb PC 2100 DDR (also tried 1 512 PC 3200 DDR)
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9
Graphics Card - Leadtek GeForce 6600 GT
HDDs - Western Digital 120gb and 80gb drives
Power Supply - Antec Neo HE 430w

Old computer is:
CPU - AMD Althon 1900+
Memory - 2 512mb PC 2100 DDR
Motherboard - ECS K7S5A
Graphics Card - Leadtek GeForce 5200
HDDs - same as above
Power Supply - Antec SL350
