Inadequate Power Supply

I guess I spoke too soon. I was using my computer normally and Windows froze... So I had to hard restart and when it booted back up it didn't recognize my second hard drive (Which is a Seagate). I tried taking my two files drives out to let them cool and try the OS Drive. The OS drive is working fine other than the constant windows freezing but that is another matter. After letting the other drives cool I put the drive which was not being recognized early back in. when I say was and was not recognized I mean in BIOS as well as windows. Could this be the hard drives needing more power, or is this a hard drive over heating?

Yeah, the ATANG built Rosewills TMK are actually very good.
