Exclamation IDE RAID for Dell DImension 2400

Hey guys, appreciate you lookin at a forum that says "Dell" lol. But its all i got. As you can see in my specs i have nearly maxed it out. But i was looking for HDD performance so i decided to RAID. I first wanted to go the SATA II way with a SATA II PCI RAID 0/1/0+1 Card and a WD 250gb HD, but then i realized that the PCI slot would be a major i decided to go for an IDE PCI RAID 0/1/0+1/JBOD Card.

I am having trouble installing XP Pro on it again b/c it came w/ a CD and XP setup asks for a floppy when you press F6 for 3rd party RAID drivers. Can you guys help?
