Default IDE Dvd drive on MoBo which doesnt have IDE??

Well this is embarrassing... I built a system today and everything is a good except for one thing. I have this LG DVDRW DL drive which is an IDE I've been so use to the ribbon..

Basically how do i connect this

Get a pci HD controller card.

Aw man I was hoping not to have to buy hardware lol. If that's the case I think I might as well get a drive that supports bluray. thanks for the quick response thomas!

yea that's the only solution for a board without ide. you Idea to move to a bd drive is sound.

Or you could try something like this: Newegg.com - SYBA SD-SATA-IDE SATA/IDE Adapter, Connect IDE Devices to SATA Port on Motherboard
Unfortunately the price isn't that different from a PCI IDE card and the reviews seem mixed...

Lol thanks for the tip. I did end up purchasing a Blue ray supporting drive, runs like a beauty.
