i have a 21" IBM p202 Monitor .,. recently the screen started to flicker. . and its shape went trapeziod ... some say its a picture tube problem .. somesay its a voltage thing.... but iw anted to know if sucha problem normally ocurs in monitors an if its a picture tube problem.. is it servicible?? .. .
