Hello there, i have recently new laptop - samsung rf511-s05
so, when i am playing games, temperatures of cpu goes up to 80°C (max safe is 100°C) , but after a while, it throttle down from 2200Mhz and 25W to 799Mhz and 10W , temperature are max : CPU 80°C , GPU 85°C , HDD and so on are max 45°C so it is not overheating.
specs :
Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.10 GHz) Max TDP - 45W
nVidia GeForce GT 540M (1 GB DDR3) + Intel HD Graphics 3000
6 GB (2 + 4 GB, DDR3 1333 MHz)
I tried :
Clean from dust, replace thermal paste of cpu, reinstalled system, using software like throttlestop, disabled multithreading, changed details in game, in manager tasks changed priority and cpu's ..nothing works tho.
I hope someone of you help me what to do, i can't even play old games like call of duty 2, because it is lagging like a b**** because of 800Mhz cpu which is supposed to run at 3100Mhz,
