This laptop has been nothing but problems to me, as usual. The CD/DVD drive doesn't work, gives me a BSOD. The hard drive clicks at random times. It's still under warranty... but I don't know how much trouble it is to get Toshiba to service it? I heard something about a partnership they have with UPS or something and they repair Toshiba products rather than Toshiba, but I don't know where to go , and whether or not the memory stick stuck in the fri**ng memory card reader will void any warranties.

i'd snap on them and tell them to fix it and if id get it back with problems again i'd toss it in the technicians face

i think its 3 repairs (under warranty) and they send you a new laptop
