I need some help here.

okay im havin some truble with my tower.
my specs are:
AMD2 sempron
MSI g-force nx8500gt
x2 kingston 1GB 2Rx8 pc2 6400u
mother bord- HP m2n68-LA
bestec atx-250-12z power suply
hitachi 160GB HD

When i plug my tower in it kicks on atomaticly but no picture on moniter or usb power (my lasor mouse or keybord dont come on) no strat up beep. nothing. it just comes on automaticly and nothing else. i had a friend tell me to remove my CMOS batery for a few hours to reset BIOS but that didnt work. ive teseted everything on a diffrent tower (power suply, ram, video card, cpu everything. i just cant figure this one out. anyone got any ideas to what my problem is?

If it's not your power supply I would say the motherboard has died.

yea but befor this happend i moved the tower (unhooked everything) and it worked befor i diconected everything fine. the pci-e video card came lose and i pluged it back in, other then that nothing else was done for it to die.. and its only a year old.. there has to be a sulotion other then my motherbord just dying. come on!
