I need some help with front panel audio jacks.

I currently have a cooler master centurion case with an audigy 2 zs sound card on an asus a8n premium board. My case has front headphone and and microphone port. My question is how to I get these ports to work? What do I need to plug in? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

inside your pc should be two cables by your sound card take those and plug them into your back panel on your sound card then your front ones should work

What do you mean by the sound card?

your audigy soundcard by that inside your pc should be cables with a 2.5mm end on it plug them into the correct ports on your soundcard

as far as i know that audigy 2 doesnt have the ports for front audio jacks, ive had an audigy 2 for over a year and cant find a work around

i have the same card and all i do when i want the front ports to work is to take off the side case plug in the cable inside into the back audigy ports and the front one works fine
