I need help with my monitor.

Today when i woke up i found little black splotches at the bottom of my monitor. Im guessing they're burnt pixels?

My monitor is a 19 inch flatpanel LCD.

Is there any way to fix it or do i have to buy a new one?

no way to fix a dead pixil and companies usually have a reture policy on dead pixil and you'll have to look into their policy if you meet the requirements.
