What is the PC Manufacturer? They should have the BIOS updates there.

HP doesn't make an unlocked BIOS for their motherboards... And you probably won't even be able to find the motherboard on the manufacturer's site, because HP usually gets special motherboards from the companies.

Carnage is right. HPs, like Dells, Gateways, Acers, whatever pre-built you want to name, use a locked BIOS for their mobos. Even if you flash an outside BIOS to it, the mobo is made to be locked.

If you want to overclock it, you will have to do it through software.

Problem with software overclocking is its not very stable (and readings probably won't be right). You can try overclocking the graphics card, if it has a dedicated card, that is, through software such as RivaTuner or ATITool, though.
