sounds to me like one of those bull **** popups/spyware/adware/illegial **** that try to get you to donwload someting to get rid of spyware that they put on your pc. i gotta list around here somewhere that i printed incase of a "spyware emergency" into where i have to go save mode with no internet, and burned all the files to a cd, and to a usb memory key, put it on my network, and hav it distributed amongst lliek 5 floppy disks

this thing will not reboot i tried reinstalling windows thats were i got the error? i cannot even get into safe mode. it says it r for repair something like that.
