I don't know what's going on..

I don't know what is going on. I recently bought 2 x 2gb of ocz memory that are identical to my first set. I had to return the memory because it was defective. So I'm left with just my original set of 2 x 2gb, which I've had for about 1-2 years without issues. Then, today, I got this error while playing Black Ops.
I'm assuming it's got something to do with the memory, since it says "memory dump"

What does this mean? What is it doing? and what should I do?

That is a graphics driver issue. Are you running on latest drivers?

I've just looked and I do not have the latest drivers. I have 260.99 and the latest is 266.58. Edit: I just updated to 266.58. I'll see if it helps any.

How do you know it is a graphics driver issue/how can you tell?
