yup, reset bios...

im just glad i didnt fry any of my hard ware, im pretty sure its the operating system too..

so tomorrow im going to boot to unbuntu and and take what i want off my hard drive, and start from scratch. completley reinstall windows. bye bye games and applications. itll be like a brand new computer. oh well, its the only way i can guarantee i fixed it.

Could still be fried hardware, but check OS first.
