Thanks guys for the tips and suggestions.
But, I already tried those things and the problem is still the same. It's not the OS. the problem is really in my mobo. Here's the data of my mobo:
Computer Brand Name: MSI MS-7176
Motherboard Model: MSI MS-7176
Motherboard Chipset: Intel 945G (Lakeport-G) + ICH7(R)
Intel Active Managenet Technology (iAMT): Supported
Intel Quick Resume Technology (Energy Lake): Not Supported
SATA AHCI: Not Supported
SATA RAID0/1/10: Not Supported
SATA RAID5: Not Supported
6 PCI Express x1 Ports: Not Supported
BIOS Manufacturer: American Megatrends
BIOS Date: 04/26/06
As you could see, the SATA AHCI is not supported. I like to try updating the bios but i read a lot of risk doing it so I'm still looking for the best remedies for this.
