Now I've had this problem for a while, it occurs whenever I play any video games on steam (i.e. Dead Island, Team Fortress 2, Counterstrike Source) or even sometimes shutting down on me while watching videos (rarely) but it's been a horrible error i've been getting since I built the computer.
What happens is as I'm playing a game or watching a video, my computer will either get these black and white lines horizontally across the screen or just a plain black or white screen, then a loud buzzing sound will ring out for about 10 to 15 seconds, reboot, then a message will pop up saying "A hyper transport sync flood error has occurred on last boot."
Can anyone who has run across this problem and fixed it help me out please? It's becoming very aggravating.
