HP Pavilion zt1185 Display Problem

Well its been awhile now and the screen thing is getting really annoying. Whenever I play a game on my HP Pavilion zt1185 laptop the game screen is messed up. The screen is decreased to half the size.

Go into your game settings and change the resolution size. Also, check HP United States - Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers & more for newer video drivers.

The game doesn't have any resolution settings. I think its either the monitor, because I tried to on some other games and I still get the mini screen.
Also the downloads didn't really help. I'm using S3 Pro Savage for my display adapter. When I used ATI it worked. I'm not really sure how to change the drivers though.
