A customer of mine has an hp nc6220 laptop. She will be in the middle of working and all of a sudden the screen will change to a solid color and you must reboot the machine to get it back to normal, losing all data. It is not always the same color. It also does not happen when she is in any particular application. She said it happens about once a week. I have updated the video drivers and the quick launch buttons but problem still occurs.
