Hp designjet 500 plotter problem

Dear friends,

where i can post my plotter problem.

the problem is:-

in our company we have 6systems and one plotter HP Designjet 500 24" which is connected in the network.

the problem is we are not in a position to have our customize paper sizes and it is accepting but not updating the application for priting.

please suggest

Windows XP Pro using DJ 500.
My plotter jobs show up the print queue normally, however, they seem to stop at around 250 bytes out of 200K or more.
After a few minutes the job shows "Error-Printing".

I tried reloading the drivers and that didn't help.
I tried a different computer, different cable -- no help.
DJ 500 self test is OK.

Any ideas?
