How would I remove my chipset driver?

I have an chipset driver that I am unaware how to remove to reinstall. Here is the driver.

have you tried to install right over it? The chipset driver (once installed) embeds itself pretty deep in the system. It's not something you really need to do often, unless something is really corrupt and then most people (including me) would do a slick and complete reload.

Like Nukem said, should be able to just install over top of it. The installer utility will know where to place files.
