Default How to Remove Windows XP?

i have a P2. Windows XP home edition, but i think its the Korean Version.

I either need to remove it or just change the language.

Rather remove it.

I tried control pannel> Add and Remove programs but cant seem to find it and etc.

Anything else i can do? thanks.
