Default how does one check RAM information?

i'm running windows xp on a pentium M and would like to know how to see my memory module and modem information. such as size and how many pins it has, DIMM or not, whether it's DDR2 or whatever, and all that stuff. bcuz i wanna get some more RAM, but don't know which kind my lappy takes.
