Default How do I get my front case headphone jack to work?

I have a centurion 5 case with a front headphone jack an a8n-sli mobo and a sound blaster audigy 2 sound card. I have no idea how to get the front headphone jack on the case to work. If anyone could help me out in any way that would be great. Here are some pictures of the inside of my computer if that helps.

in the manual for the sound card it should list jumpers for front audio. normally there is some discrepency between the labelling on the sound adapter and the cables on the case, so it can be largely trial and error.
