thanks to all that helped, I have a 30day return policy, no matter what reason, so i am bringing it back and getting a Dell of some kind (that has an agp slot)

Don't get a Dell!

You made one mistake already, don't make another one.
I really don't want to list all the reasons why you shouldn't get a dell.

Yeah, don't go with a dell. I agree, ask her for help on a build and build one yourself.
