how cann I make "low level format"

I would like to make "low level format" all my drives. I have partition magic 8 with me, goes with this program? if yes, where? I cann´t found it?
Cann i do/make it with Bios or Dos.

warning first : low level format is always of LAST RESORT when you encounter HDD problems.

read this webpage b4 replying and saying that u still wants to low level format.
