I just got the crash again while looking through google images. I ran a anti-virus scan and uninstalled flash but to no avail.

Did you get the crash while in Chrome again or while in Opera?

Uninstalling Flash from your system won't help with Chrome, because Chrome has a version of Flash built-in.
