Those temps aren't high.. They're quite average; especially for a stock heatsink.

I have the phnmII 720 BE, have it OC'd by 10% , and it gets up to 65 C. just with a web page app open "Zynga" I have to pick up some arctic freeze for it this weekend.. hoping this calms the temps a bit.. I'm afraid to play any real games.. lol

You bent it taking it out?

I had no clue AMD chips still used the pins

Mine gets to maximum around 58C when playing Crysis for about an hour. My GPU gets to around 90C :|
