High Speed USB issue

So i just reformatted my computer and when I try to transfer files from my external hard drive it copies reaaaally slow. Much slower than it used to. I installed everything for my mobo and all that. Not sure what's up. HELP!?

i fixed it, just reinstalled my usb drivers. works
