High-pitched sound!!

I get a high-pitched sound, like three notes, everytime I'm on my computer. It happens when I'm doing my email or games or when I'm browsing the internet. It's very annoying and I can't figure out why this started to happen. Sometimes it happens very frequently and sometimes I can spend an hour or two on my computer without hearing it. It is quite loud.

Either the CPU/GPU fan. Most likely the CPU fan.
