hid wireless problems

My sister-in-law has wireless keyboard and mouse on her pc however when the mouse lined up the keyboard won't work and vice-versa, I checked all possible drivers and even the originial driver and nothing seems to work. any help on this matter would be greatfully received. Also I am a new member, please bare with me thanks jim

It could be just a manufacter fault wiv the mouse n keyboard what make it is

logitech, It worked upto a week ago now neither works at the same time

errm is it PS2 or USB ????

If usb move to another usb port

thanks for the input however i have already tried that, even switched to ps2, disabled usb and nothing happens either. ps2 does not work as well
