Re: Help updating drivers...
You have to give us specific components on which you think you need to update the drivers on. Asking to update drivers won't give us any information.

If it works, leave it. Updating can be good though.

The most common driver to update, is the graphic card's drivers. Just go to Nvidia's site, and download the driver, according to your OS.

Im not new to updating my graphics drivers, im just worried not updating my BIOS will slow my system down, Id still like to know how. Mainly the CPU and MOBO and whatever else.

Re: Help updating drivers...
How would updating your BIOS affect your system performance? What affects your system performance is your, CPU, RAM, and VGA.

Re: Help updating drivers...
The BIOS can affect the system, but not in a general sense.

Re: Help updating drivers...
Theres no reason to update the BIOS, if there is nothing wrong with it, in the first place.

Re: Help updating drivers...
Well, I tryed updating my motherboards BIOS and failed miserably, and my system boots to a "Disk read error. Press ctrl+alt-delete to restart....." Im going to try and flash the original bios from the motherboard support disk (altho im not sure if it will recognize my drive), If not ill go for a new chip. Anyone encounter a problem like this? How'd you fix it?
