Exclamation Help Tons Of Problems

I have been running into tons of problems that past few months

Windows Vistal Ultimate 32 bit
AMD Athalon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6400+ 3.20 GHz
GeForce 8600 GTS 512MB
Sata Hard drive 320GB
ASUS m2A-VM Motherboard
Currently 1g 800x dual channle memory(i run into more prlobmes if i run 2)
580 watt power supply

Every Game Freezes after about 20-40 mins of play (open GL and Directx10)
nvidia display driver error nvlddmkm.sys has stopped working and has recovered successfully
My CD drive no longer burns or reads disks
BSOD errors:
a clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval

i have googled each error and tryed many many solutions...
why do you think i have come to this random site? i googled it
if you could reply with a real fix or possibility of problems that would help more

They are talking about lowering RAM speeds however later on in that thread someone says that they have discovered they have a faulty RAM module so it could be that. Try checking your RAM with memtest.

yes ^ generally that bsod error code means there is some bad ram in your system. i had that back when i had my old x1900xtx and my fx5500

The only thing ATi can render faster than nVidia is the BSOD

I tested it with 3 different sticks of ram that are compatible with my MB
