well first the computa freezed for a bit then when it strted wor it came up with colour all changed and blury with poor quality. i dont have a disk to reload.


what shuld i do?

Check to see maybe your Video card could have caused it. Are you trying to reinstall Windows? If you bought this computer from brand names like HP,Dell, Sony, etc it should come with a recover application or you can always order a back CD.

But maybe you should be a little more clear as to what is happening and what you are doing that is causing this. And give the Name and model of your computer plus the system spec. Telling us your computer display poorly doesn't exactly help us understand the problem.
