got a brand new dell xps 600--coming here first before there horrible tech support--i keep bluescreening and it says physical memory dump--can i fix this? or is there nothing i can do?
Well, since it's a Dell System and you say it's brand new, i would contact them first. "Believe me I know their tech support is painful to deal with." But, if it's brand new it has at least a 1yr warranty even if you didn't purchase the extended.
See what they have to say. I'm going to go ahead and assume that you have some sort of hardware conflict. Possibly a bad stick of memory.
