Help with new S-ATA HDD

Currently I have a Western Digital 80GB IDE hard drive w/ Windows XP Pro and all of my information on it. I recently received a Western Digital 80GB S-ATA hard drive that is brand new.

I was wondering what I would need to do to copy all of the old IDE drive to the SATA drive without having to reformat or lose any data. Is that possible?
