Default help with motherboard hookup

Posted a topic last week about a computer I was working on and as a result narrowed the problem down to the PS going out and taking the MB with it. Replaced both of those and the system is working fine now, but I can't figure out the correct connections for the front panel USB plugs.

On the MB the pins are arranged as follows:

PIN Signal

1 verg_fp_usbpwr0
2 verg_fp_usbpwr0
3 usb_fp_p0(-)
4 usb_fp_p1(-)
5 usb_fp_p0(+)
6 usb_fp_p1(+)
7 ground
8 ground
9 key
10 usb_fp_oc0

The wires are marked as:

ground
-d
+5
+d

all x2 for both USB jacks

Obviously I can match ground and I see the - and + matchup, but I'm not sure which is the power and which is the - and + USB connector.

How should I match these up??
